CAMPAIGN REPORTING DEADLINE AND REPORT CLOSING DATES

QUARTERLY
REPORT		 All committees shall file a disclosure report no later than the 15th day of January, April, July and October for the periods closing on the last day of the preceding month.

PRE ELECTION
REPORT		 If any committee accepts contributions or makes expenditures in support of or in opposition to any candidate or ballot measure, and the quarterly report required for period prior to the election is filed prior to the 40th day before the election, the committee shall file an additional disclosure report not later than the 40th day before the election for the period closing on the 45th day prior to the election.
ADDITIONAL
REPORTS
 In addition to filing a quarterly report, a committee shall file 8 days before and 30 days after an election if the committee has made any contributions or expenditures in support or opposition to any candidate or ballot measure at that election.

CONTRIBUTION
REPORT
 The receipt of a contribution or loan of more than $250, received between the 11th day before an election and the day before the election, shall be reported to the appropriate officer no later than 48 hours after receipt.  The disclosure may be by any written means of communication and shall be included in subsequent reports filed.
