Late Contribution Notice:   

The receipt of a contribution or loan of more than $250, received between the 11th day before an election and the day before the election, shall be reported to the appropriate officer no later than 48 hours after receipt.  The disclosure may be by any written means of communication and shall be included in subsequent reports filed.
