Individuals required to file a Personal Financial Disclosure Statement who are not candidates, newly appointed or newly employed are required to file after January 1, 2004 and no later than May 1, 2004.

Personal Financial Disclosure Statements filed by mail must be postmarked not later than midnight of the day prior to the report deadline to be considered timely filed.
